Alexander Schroll is a Ph.D. Candidate at the Institute for Production Management at the WU Vienna. He received his diploma from WU Vienna and has worked for several years as a marketing consultant for social media at ambuzzador. Currently he is working as a Management Consultant at Horváth & Partners.

His previous research appeared in journals such as the European Journal of Innovation Management and the International Journal of Innovation and Regional Development. His research interests include Open Innovation, Crowdsourcing, Web 2.0 and Social media.
